Terms & Conditions

* Booking operates on a first come first served basis.

* Places will be allocated on receipt of the completed booking form and payment.

* Places cannot be reserved without forms and remittance. 

* Fees to be paid in full at the time of booking  

* Fees are non-refundable due to illness, appointments. Extenuating circumstances are at the discretion of the Mini Me Time at Daisys team.

* If a class/session is missed it cannot be refunded or carried over to the next term. 

* Receipts can be issued on request for all fees paid and items purchased.

* Copies of receipts will be kept by Mini Me Time at Daisys.

* All handouts and manuals are included in the cost of classes. 

* None of the information handed out at classes is to be copied or reproduced without prior permission from Mini Me Time at Daisys.

* No responsibility can be taken for loss or damage to property or person in or outside the venue 

* Mini Me Time instructors have available on request copies of all qualification certificates including an Enahanced DBS Check. 

* Should you wish to provide feedback, please speak to the class instructor either in person or by phone, or contact Mini Me Time through the contact details available on the website.

* Photographs maybe taken during sessions by other attendees and instructors. These maybe placed on social media sites for promotional purposes - Please let an instructor know if you do not want to be apart.

HEALTH AND SAFETY Parents must supervise their babies/children at all times. Parents are responsible for the health, safety and welfare of themselves and their babies/children whilst attending classes.

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make the instructor aware of any information they feel is relevant that could impact their own or childs suitability to participate in classes. Both parents/guardians and children should be in good physical health to attend Mini Me Time at daisys classes.

Mini Me Time at Daisys do not assume liability for the health and safety of you and your family. Your child of under 4 years may have the opportunity to use materials, toys, props and instruments as part of the class. Please be aware that these items may contain small parts and we do not recommend allowing your child to put toys or instruments other materials available in to his/her mouth

Parents are asked to keep their babies at home if they have a serious infection and to inform the setting as to the nature of the infection so that other parents can be alerted.

Please keep your baby at home if he/she or you:

Has a fever or cough or has had one in the previous 14 days

Has had an upset stomach or diarrhoea in the previous 48 hours

Has heavy nasal discharge

Has discharging eyes

Has symptoms of a possible communicable diseases such as:

Measles

Chicken pox

German measles

Whooping cough

Impetigo

Scarlett fever

Hand, foot and mouth disease

Norovirus

Covid-19

We cannot offer a refund for a lesson missed due to illness. You may offer your place to a friend, who also has a baby, to the session. You would need to inform your Class Leader in this instance.

Birthday Parties require a non refundable £30 deposit to confirm your chosen date and time.
